加拿大药师继续教育管理体系及对我国医院药师继续教育管理的启示

摘　　要：目的:研究加拿大药师继续教育管理体系的主要内容,为我国医院药师继续教育管理提供参考。方法:检索加拿大药学继续教育委员会官网、相关政府网站,获取加拿大药师继续教育模式、课程体系及监管方式等主要内容。结果:在继续教育模式方面,加拿大药师继续教育以药师持续职业发展模式为主,注重药师个人管理能力的培养,鼓励药师自我管理和终身学习。在继续教育课程管理方面,由加拿大药学继续教育委员会对课程提供商和课程进行统一认证,具体课程体系完善、学习方式多样、收费合理。在继续教育监管方面,由各省药师监管机构制定监管计划,保障药师继续教育的有效实施。结论:根据我国医院药师继续教育的实际情况,建议我国构建药师继续教育认证体系,统一规范继续教育管理;以学习档案为核心,强化药师自主学习;增加实践课程占比,强化医院药师实践性操作;健全医院药师继续教育管理制度,提升药师参与继续教育的积极性等。OBJECTIVE To study the main contents of the continuing education management system of Canadian pharmacists,and to provide reference for the continuing education management of hospital pharmacists in China.METHODS Searching the official website of the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in pharmacy and relevant government websites to obtain the main contents of Canadian pharmacist continuing education mode,curriculum system and supervision methods.RESULTS The Canadian model of continuing education for pharmacists is based on Continuing Professional Development(CPD),which focuses on the development of pharmacists’personal management skills,encourages self-management and lifelong learning.In terms of curriculum management,the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy(CCCEP),the national accrediting body for CPD in Canada,accredits course providers and courses and sets accreditation standards.The Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy(CCCEP)accredits course providers and sets accreditation standards.Compared to Canada,there are still some gaps and shortcomings in China’s continuing education system for pharmacists.CONCLUSION According to the actual situation of continuing education for pharmacists in hospitals in China,it is suggested that China should establish a certification system for continuing education for pharmacists and standardize the management of continuing education;Strengthen pharmacists’independent learning with learning archives as the core;Increase the proportion of practical courses and strengthen the practical operation of hospital pharmacists;Improve the management system of continuing education for hospital pharmacists,and improve the enthusiasm of pharmacists to participate in continuing education.
