摘 要:我国职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设正在从政府主体走向多元参与,从规模扩张走向高质发展,由参照普通教育教师建设模式向企业社会参与、专业特色鲜明的类型教育建设模式转变。在系统分析职业教育产教融合和“双师型”教师队伍建设的三种羁绊关系,并对我国职业教育“双师型”教师队伍整体情况和存在问题做出梳理后提出了高质量建设“双师型”教师队伍的五条举措,即推动各地“双师型”教师标准认定、创新职业学校教师学历提升路径、加强“双师型”教师队伍内部建设、创新培训及招录方式和打造高质量兼职教师队伍。The construction of"double-qualified"teachers in China's vocational education is changing from government as the main body to multiple participation,from scale expansion to high-quality development,and from reference to general education teacher construction model to enterprise social participation and distinct professional characteristics of the type of education construction model.After systematically analyzing the three fetters of industry-education integrationin vocational education and the construction of"double qualified"teachers,and sorting out the overall situation and existing problems of the"double qualified"vocational education teachers in China,five measures for high-quality construction of"double qualified"teachers were proposed.The five measures are to promote the identification standards of"double qualified"teachers in variousregions,innovate the path to improve the qualifications of vocational school teachers,strengthen the internal construction of"double qualified"teachers,innovate the training and recruitment methods,and create high-quality part-time teachers.
