牙髓血运重建术治疗成年恒牙根尖周病变伴牙根发育不足的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的分析应用牙髓血运重建术治疗成年恒牙根尖周病变伴牙根发育不足的临床效果,为本病治疗提供新思路。方法2020年10月—2021年10月选择鄂尔多斯市中心医院收治的100例成年恒牙根尖周病变伴牙根发育不足患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组其中50例为观察组(牙髓血运重建术治疗)、50例为对照组(根尖诱导成形术),对比两组治疗效果、患牙根管长度、根管壁厚度变化。结果观察组患者的治疗效果为90.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.250,P<0.05);观察组患牙根管长度、根管壁厚度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将牙髓血运重建术应用到根尖周病变同时伴有牙根发育不足的成年恒牙中效果良好,能提升患者的治疗效果,改善发育情况。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endodontic revascularization in the treatment of adult perma nent teeth with periapical lesions and root underdevelopment,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of this dis ease.Methods From October 2020 to October 2021,100 adult permanent teeth with periapical lesions and root hypo plasia admitted to Erdos Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,50 cases were the observation group(treated by pulpal revascularization)and 50 cases were the control group(apical induction angioplasty).The treatment results,root canal length,and root canal wall thickness of the af fected teeth were compared between the groups.Results The treatment effect of patients in the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.250,P<0.05);the length and thickness of the root canal in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of endodontic revascularization to adult permanent teeth with periapical lesions and root underdevelopment has a good effect,which can improve the treatment effect and development of patients.
