摘　　要：在实施健康中国战略的时代背景下,重视老年心理健康跃然成为健康中国行动之一。本文整合生命历程视角和生态系统理论,系统建构了生命历程-生态系统观模型,全面揭示了影响老年心理健康的个体、家庭、社区、社会等生态因素,以及退休、丧偶失独、老年人口流动等重要生命历程事件,将老年心理健康视为贯穿生命始终的事件经历与生态系统之间互相作用的动态过程。采用元分析技术初步验证了正常老年群体中该模型的适切性,并提供了特殊老年群体的证据;进一步,从干预理论与实践视角入手,对模型进行了检验、论证,并立足该模型,明确提出了未来老年心理健康的研究趋势,以期实现全周期维护老年心理健康,全方位干预影响老年心理健康因素,全社会共建老年心理健康支持环境的目标。In the context of the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,attaching importance to the mental health of the elderly has become one of the healthy China actions.This paper integrates the perspective of life process and ecosystem theory,and systematically constructs a model of life process-ecosystem view,which comprehensively reveals the ecological factors such as individuals,families,communities,and society that affect the mental health of the elderly,as well as the important life process events such as retirement,widowhood,and the flow of the elderly population,and regards the mental health of the elderly as the dynamic process of interaction between the event experience and the ecosystem that runs through life.The applicability of the model in the normal elderly population was preliminarily verified by using the meta-analysis technology,and the evidence of the special elderly population was provided;Further,from the perspective of intervention theory and practice,the model was tested and demonstrated,and based on the model,the research trend of the future mental health of the elderly was clearly put forward,with a view to achieving the goal of maintaining the mental health of the elderly in the whole cycle,comprehensively interfering with the factors affecting the mental health of the elderly,and building the support environment for the mental health of the elderly in the whole society.
