摘　　要：学术共同体引领期刊发展,与期刊相互依存,良性互动,推动期刊评价体系的进步。当前,我国学术共同体的成长相对滞后,同行评议形式相对传统、单向,透明度欠缺。因此,应积极顺应开放科学的潮流,运用开放同行评议手段,探索分层分类的评价标准,建立期刊评价反馈机制,从而构建科学、多维、立体、开放的学术期刊综合评价体系。Academic communities lead the development of journals and they are interdependent with journals.Under the benign interaction between the two they promote the progress of journal evaluation system.At present the growth of academic communities in China is lagging behind.And our peer review form is relatively traditional one-way lack of transparency.Therefore we should actively follow the trend of open science use open peer review means explore the hierarchical classification of evaluation criteria and establish journal evaluation feedback mechanism so as to build a scientific multidimensional three-dimensional open academic journals comprehensive evaluation system.
