摘 要:中高层大气环境数据的准确获取是飞行器设计面临的重要问题。针对中高层大气环境探测对于测量不确定度评定的需求,梳理了国内外测量不确定度研究与应用现状,分析归纳了中高层大气环境测量不确定度面临的关键问题。形成了中高层大气环境测量不确定度顶层认识,提出了总体研究思路与研究框架,论述了中高层大气环境测量不确定度评定方法、测量不确定度快速评定技术、原位探测载荷测量不确定度量化分析技术等研究内容,并对研究结果的工程应用进行了展望。The accurate acquisition of middle and upper atmosphere environmental data is an important problem for aircraft design. In order to meet the demand for the evaluation of measurement uncertainty in middle and upper atmospheric environment detection, the research and application status of measurement uncertainty at home and abroad are systematically reviewed. The key problems on measurement uncertainty in middle and upper atmospheric environments are analyzed and summarized. The top-level understanding of measurement uncertainty of middle and upper atmospheric environmental parameters is formed, and the general research idea and framework are put forward. The evaluation method of measurement uncertainty in middle and upper atmospheric environment, rapid evaluation technology of measurement uncertainty and quantitative analysis technology of measurement uncertainty of in-situ sounding load are discussed, and the engineering application of the research results is prospected.
