摘 要:目的建立尿中丙酮、1-溴丙烷、二氯甲烷、2,5-己二酮、邻甲酚及苯酚等生物监测指标的顶空气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。方法尿样加入无水硫酸钠后密封,经顶空进样,气相色谱质谱检测。结果该方法测定尿中各组分在各浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9995~0.9999,方法检出限在0.4~20.0μg/L,样品加标回收率为84.7%~115.6%,相对标准偏差为2.6%~8.9%。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏高,适用于化学有害因素的生物监测和中毒应急样品的快速检测。Objective To establish a headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the determination of biological monitoring indicators in urine,such as acetone,1-bromopropane,dichloromethane,2,5-hexanedione,o-cresol and phenol.Methods The urine sample was sealed after adding anhydrous sodium sulfate,and was determined by GC-MS with headspace injection.Results The linearity of each component in urine determined by this method was good within each concentration range,the correlation coefficients were between 0.9995 and 0.9999,the detection limit was 0.4-20.0μg/L,the sample recovery rate was 84.7%-115.6%,and the relative standard deviations were between 2.6%and 8.9%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and highly sensitive,which is suitable for biological monitoring of occupational exposure to chemical harmful factors,and rapid detection of poisoning emergency samples.
