摘　　要：胃癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,大多患者首次就诊即为进展期,预后欠佳。随着对胃癌机制研究的推进,对于胃癌分子特征探索愈加深刻,免疫治疗相关临床研究逐步开展,用于进展期胃癌一线治疗甚至围手术期治疗,为胃癌患者带来了新的希望。然而真实世界的肿瘤免疫治疗疗效并不乐观,因此筛选出抗肿瘤新药成为目前临床上亟待解决的问题,随着胃癌基础研究免疫治疗的深入,免疫治疗已成为胃外科实验的热点与难点,但传统动物模型临床应用价值有限,这对于筛选有效药物的实验动物模型也提出了更高要求。为进一步探索胃外科临床前动物模型,笔者从基础科研常用胃癌实验动物模型方向阐述近些年来胃外科实验的应用,并展望未来发展方向。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide,and most patients are diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer at their first diagnosis with poor prognosis.With the advancement of researches on gastric cancer mechanism and the deepening exploration of molecular characteristics of gastric cancer,clinical studies related to immunotherapy are gradually carried out for the first-line treatment or even perioperative treatment of advanced gastric cancer,which brings new hope for patients with gastric cancer.However,the efficacy of real-world tumor immunotherapy is not optimistic,so the screening of new anti-tumor drugs has become an urgent clinical problem.With the deepening of basic researches on immunotherapy in gastric cancer,immunotherapy has become a hot spot and a difficult area for gastric surgery experiments,but the clinical application of traditional animal models is limited,which puts forward higher requirements for screening experimental animal models for effective drugs.To further explore preclinical animal models for gastric surgery,the author illustrates the application of experimental animal models for gastric surgery in recent years from the direction of experimental animal models for gastric cancer commonly used in basic scientific research,and looks forward to the future development.
