摘  要:试验旨在通过建立脂多糖(LPS)免疫应激模型,研究豆蔻明(CDN)对免疫应激仔猪脏器指数、血清生化指标、炎性因子及抗氧化能力的影响。选取健康的断奶仔猪24头,随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。CON组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,LPS组仔猪腹腔注射100μg/kg BW LPS,LCDN组仔猪腹腔注射3 mg/kg CDN+注射100μg/kg BW LPS,HCDN组仔猪腹腔注射6 mg/kg CDN+注射100μg/kg BW LPS。试验第8 d开始,各CDN组仔猪每天注射1次CDN,其他两组注射等量生理盐水。试验第15 d,给除CON组外所有仔猪腹腔注射100μg/kg BW的LPS,CON组注射等量生理盐水,6 h后屠宰仔猪。结果显示,与CON组相比,HCDN组仔猪的肾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05),LPS组仔猪血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性和肌酐(CREA)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著提高(P<0.05),总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著下降(P<0.05),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)含量显著下降(P<0.05)。与LPS组相比,LCDN组仔猪血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、ALP活性及CREA、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05),IL-10含量及T-SOD活性显著上升(P<0.05);HCDN组IL-10含量及T-SOD、CAT活性显著提高(P<0.05),ALT、AST、ALP活性及MDA、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,腹腔注射豆蔻明能增强断奶仔猪抗氧化能力,缓解LPS诱导的免疫应激及炎症,以6 mg/kg注射剂量效果较好。The study was to create a LPS immune stress model,to study the effect of CDN on organ indexes,serum biochemical indexes,inflammatory variables and antioxidant capacity in immune-stressed piglets.Twenty-four healthy weaned piglets were randomly assigned into four groups,with six replicates in each group and one pig in each replicate.piglets in CON group were fed with basal diet,piglets in LPS group were intraperitoneally injected with 100μg/kg BW LPS,piglets in LCDN group were intraperitoneally injected with 3 mg/kg CDN+100μg/kg BW LPS,and piglets in LCDN group were intraperitoneally injected with 100μg/kg BW LPS.Piglets in HCDN group were intraperitoneally injected with 6 mg/kg CDN+injected with 100μg/kg BW LPS.Piglets in CDN groups were given CDN once a day starting on 8 d of experiment,while the other two groups received the same quantity of sterile normal saline.On 15 d of experiment,all piglets except CON group received an intraperitoneal injection of 100μg/kg BW LPS,where as CON group received the same quantity of normal saline.Piglets were murdered after 6 h.The results showed that compared with CON group,the renal index of HCDN group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the activity of ALT and ALP,the content of CREA,MDA and TNF-αin the serum of LPS group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the activity of T-SOD,CAT and the content of IL-10 were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with LPS group,the activity of AST and ALP,the content of CREA and IL-6 in LCDN group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the content of IL-10 and the activity of T-SOD were significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of IL-10 and the activity of T-SOD and CAT in HCDN group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the activity of ALT,AST and ALP and the content of MDA,IL-1βand TNF-αwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that cardamom intraperitoneal injection can improve antioxidant capacity,reduce LPSinduced immunological stress and inflammation in weaned piglets,and the injection dose o
