谷朊粉替代鱼粉对福瑞鲤生长性能、血清生化、肝脏抗氧化和肠道消化酶活性的影响

摘  要:试验旨在探究谷朊粉替代鱼粉对福瑞鲤生长性能、血清生化、肝脏抗氧化和肠道消化酶活性的影响。选取健康、初始体重为(9.16±0.03)g的福瑞鲤二号180尾,分为3个试验组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾鱼。对照组(CW组)饵料中添加5%鱼粉,2个试验组分别用谷朊粉替代50%(WA组)和100%鱼粉(WB组)。试验期56 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,WA组和WB组福瑞鲤增重率和特定生长率显著提高(P<0.05),饵料系数显著降低(P<0.05),成活率、肥满度与肝体比无显著差异(P>0.05)。鱼体粗脂肪、粗灰分、粗蛋白和水分含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。WA组福瑞鲤肝脏丙二醛含量较其他组显著降低(P<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。对照组福瑞鲤血清中谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性对照组显著高于WA组和WB组(P<0.05)。WB组淀粉酶和胰蛋白酶活性较WA组和对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,谷朊粉替代50%~100%鱼粉可改善福瑞鲤生长性能,谷朊粉替代50%鱼粉可提高福瑞鲤肝脏抗氧化能力,替代100%鱼粉会降低福瑞鲤肠道消化能力。The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of wheat gluten replacing fish meal on growth performance,serum biochemistry,liver antioxidant and intestinal digestive enzyme activities of Cyprinus carpio.A total of 180 healthy Cyprinus carpio with an initial body weight of(9.16±0.03)g were selected and divided into three experimental groups,with three replicates in each group and 20 fish in each replicate.The control group(CW)was with 5%fish meal,and the experimental groups were with 50%(WA)and 100%(WB)fish meal replaced by wheat gluten.The experiment lasted for 56 d.The results showed that compared with the control group the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of WA and WB were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient was significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival rate,condition factor and hepatosomatic index between groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in crude fat,crude ash,crude protein and water content(P>0.05).Compared with other groups,the content of malondialdehyde in the liver of WA was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the activity of superoxide dismutase was significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum AST and ALT activity in control group were significantly higher than those in WA and WB(P<0.05).The activity of amylase and trypsin in WB were significantly lower than those in WA and CW(P<0.05).The study indicates that the replacing 50%~100%fish meal with wheat gluten can improve the growth performance of Cyprinus carpio,replacing 50%fish meal with wheat gluten can improve the antioxidant capacity of liver,and replacing 100%fish meal with wheat gluten can reduce the digestive capacity of intestine.
