毛泽东底线思维的生成机理与价值意蕴——基于《毛泽东文集》文本的考察

摘　　要：作为一个学术概念,底线思维的历史并不太长,但其蕴含的思维方法和行事策略确早已有之。《毛泽东文集》是毛泽东思想的重要载体,具有极高的文献研究价值。在《毛泽东文集》文本梳理过程中,按照时间数轴为经线、以论断类型为纬线的方法反复筛选,可探寻到大批毛泽东有关底线思维的重要论述。在此基础上,本文立足于文献和史实,从外在之严酷环境、政治文化之传承、个人阅历之赋能三个视角探寻毛泽东底线思维的形成机理。进而阐述了毛泽东底线思维的当代价值意蕴,一方面是潜力巨大的理论价值,实现对共产党治国理政经验的总结升华,拓展对底线思维自身的规律研究;一方面是直接现实的实践价值,有助于应对当下百年未有之大变局,服务于实现中华民族伟大复兴战略全局。As an academic concept,bottom-line thinking does not have a long history,but its thinking methods and strategies have been around for a long time.The Collected Works of Mao Zedong is an important carrier of Maoism,and has a high value of literature research.In the process of combing through the texts of The Collected Works of Mao Zedong,we found a large number of Mao Zedong's important discussions on the bottomline thinking by repeatedly screening them according to the method of the longitude line on the axis of time and the latitude line on the type of argument.Based on the literature and historical facts,this paper explores the formation mechanism of Mao Zedong's bottom-line thinking from three perspectives:the external harsh environment,the inheritance of political culture,and the ability of personal experience.Then it expounds the contemporary value implication of Mao Zedong's bottom-line thinking.On the one hand,it is the theoretical value with great potential to realize the summary and sublimation of the Communist Party's governing experience and expand the research on the law of bottom-line thinking itself.On the one hand,it is the practical value of direct reality,which helps to deal with Great Changes Unseen in a Century,and serves to realize the overall strategic Chinese Dream.
