摘 要:热激转录因子(heat shock transcription factors, HSFs)通过调控热激蛋白基因,对非生物胁迫及激素产生积极响应。本研究利用生物信息学方法在基因组范围内系统分析了星星草HSFs家族成员的分类、基本理化性质、进化关系、亚细胞定位及启动子元件。在星星草全基因组序列中共获取了22个HSFs基因。HSFs蛋白长度在273~482个氨基酸之间,分子量在26.91~51.08 kD之间,等电点在4.92~8.56之间;星星草HSFs分布在除2号染色体之外的其他六条染色体上;星星草HSFs蛋白主要定位在细胞核中。聚类分析表明星星草HSFs分为A、B、C三类,每一类中各亚类的HSFs均与水稻HSFs具有较高同源性,每个亚类内部的保守基序种类及排列顺序具有相同或者相似性;星星草HSFs启动子区含有大量响应激素及胁迫的元件。本研究为星星草HSFs基因的进一步功能分析和在抗逆分子育种中的应用提供参考信息。Heat shock transcription factors(HSFs)actively respond to abiotic stress and hormones by regulating Heat shock protein genes.In this study,bioinformatics method were used to systematically analyze the classification,basic physicochemical properties,evolutionary relationships,subcellular localization and promoter element of HSF family members of Puccinellia tenuiflora in genome-wide.A total of 22 HSFs genes were obtained from the complete genome sequence of Puccinellia tenuiflora.The length of HSFs proteins is 273~482 aa,the molecular weight is 26.91~51.08 kD,and the isoelectric point is 4.92~8.56.HSFs were mainly distributed on the other six chromosomes except chromosome 2.HSFs were mainly localized in the nucleus.Cluster analysis showed that HSFs were divided into A,B and C.HSFs of each subclass in each class had high homology with rice HSFs,and the type and arrangement of conserved motifs within each subclass were the same or similar.HSFs promoter region contains a large number of elements in response to hormone and stress.This study provides reference information for further functional analysis of HSFs gene in Puccinellia tenuiflora and their application in molecular breeding of stress resistance.
