摘　　要：番茄红素是一种天然的色素,被广泛应用于各种领域,如食品、药品和化妆品等。近年来,研究表明番茄红素对于治疗下尿路症状(LUTS)及良性前列腺增生症(BPH)具有一定的临床疗效。本研究证实番茄红素联合盐酸坦索罗辛的疗效,能够显著减少前列腺体积和改善LUTS症状,联合使用不会引起明显的不良反应和副作用,且具有较好的耐受性,具有广阔的临床应用前景。Lycopene is a natural pigment that is widely used in various fields such as food,medicine,and cosmetics.In recent years,studies have shown that lycopene has a certain clinical efficacy in treating lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS)and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).This study confirms the efficacy of lycopene combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride,which can significantly reduce prostate volume and improve LUTS symptoms.The combined use does not cause significant adverse reactions or side effects and has good tolerance,showing broad clinical application prospects.
