摘  要:高中作为塑造学生创新思维与能力发展的关键时期,其创新人才培养工作的重要性日益凸显,如何构建一个高效的管理机制成为重中之重。本文在明确创新人才培养及其管理机制内涵的基础上,基于华中师大一附中在创新人才选拔方式、学校课程体系安排、教育方式和教学管理创新、多元化保障和激励措施等方面的有益探索,构建了普通高中创新人才培养的全过程管理机制,包括选拔机制、运行机制、激励机制、保障机制以及评价机制,从而形成了一个多维度、系统、科学的高中创新人才培养管理机制分析框架。As a key period to shape the development of students’innovative thinking and ability,the importance of training innovative talents is becoming increasingly prominent in high school.How to build an efficient management mechanism is becoming the top priority.It clarifies the connotation of the cultivation of innovative talents and its management mechanism,based on the beneficial exploration of the No.1 Affiliated High School of China Normal University in the cultivation of innovative talents,the selection method of students,the arrangement of school curriculum system,the innovation of education method and teaching management,the diversification guarantee and incentive measures,and the evaluation of the comprehensive quality of students,etc..The whole process management mechanism of innovative talents cultivation in high school is constructed,including the target mechanism,selection mechanism,operation mechanism,incentive guarantee mechanism and evaluation mechanism in turn,thus forming a multi-dimensional,systematic and scientific analysis framework of innovative talents cultivation management mechanism in high schools.
