基于IPR报告的英国创新教学法体系的纵贯分析及其启示——从对我国高校管理学科教学的适切性出发

摘　　要：英国创新教学法涵盖了面向现代化、技术支持下的教学、学习和评价中创新的理论和实践,能够为我国高校教学改革提供启示。基于对IPR报告的文本研究,系统梳理创新教学法的体系,从中筛选出适用于高校管理学科教学的教学法,并对其进行逻辑归类。研究发现,可从提升教育理念、转变学习方式、革新教育模式、创新教学评价、加强学习支持系统五大方面,在我国高校管理学科教学中对该教学法体系予以借鉴。Innovating Pedagogy Report(IPR)and“Innovating Pedagogies”cover the modernization-oriented,technology-supported innovative theory and practice in the field of teaching,learning and evaluation,and embody the leading research achievements in UK and even Western countries,which can provide the reference for China high education.Based on the contents analysis on the IPR(2012-2021),this paper tries to select and classify the“Innovating Pedagogy”system which is suitable for the management discipline,it also discusses the enlightenment of“Innovating Pedagogy”for the innovation on the teaching and learning from five aspects,such as the innovation of educational idea,learning method,teaching and learning mode,teaching and learning evaluation,and learning support system.
