摘 要:目的探讨广州社区人群奶制品摄入频率与2型糖尿病(T2DM)之间的相关性。方法以2017—2018年广州市多家社区医院半年内确诊为T2DM的204例患者为病例,选择相同社区的532例非糖尿病居民为对照,收集两组对象的社会人口学资料、饮食习惯和行为及膳食中奶制品摄入频率,采用多因素logistic回归分析其与T2DM发病之间的相关性。结果校正了社会人口学资料及饮食习惯和行为等混杂因素之后,多因素logistic回归分析显示:与酸奶摄入频率0次/月比较,酸奶摄入频率为≥1次/周(OR=0.133,95%CI:0.053~0.334)是糖尿病的保护因素。结论增加酸奶的摄入频率是T2DM的保护因素。Objective To explore the correlation between dairy product intake frequency and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in the Guangzhou community population.Methods 204 patients diagnosed with T2DM in several community hospitals in Guangzhou from 2017 to 2018 were selected as cases,and 532 non-diabetic residents in the same community were selected as controls.The socio-demographic data,eating habits and behaviors and dietary dairy intake frequency of the two groups were collected,and the multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between them and the incidence of T2DM.Results After adjusting for confounding factors such as sociodemographic data and eating habits and behaviors,multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that compared with yogurt intake frequency 0 time/month,yogurt intake frequency≥1 time/week(OR=0.133,95%CI:0.053-0.334)was a protective factor for diabetes.Conclusion Increasing the frequency of yogurt intake is a protective factor for T2DM.
