摘  要:柳州单轨1号线沿东西向贯穿柳州城区,有着较高的景观要求。沿线岩溶发育,多处分布有暗河,应尽量减少岩溶处理量,降低桥梁桩基对地下环境的影响。针对以上要求,需要结合跨座式单轨特点,研究适用于本线的轨道梁桥结构体系。从结构体系对比、标准跨径、施工工法、线形控制等几个关键点出发,结合跨座式单轨车辆对轨道梁的要求进行分析研究,推荐采用多固定连续梁体系作为标准结构体系。标准跨径采用3×30 m(曲线半径小于600 m时采用3×25 m),每个桥墩采用单排桩。分析结果表明:多固定连续梁结构体系对跨座式单轨具有较好的适应性,30 m跨度相比20 m跨度造价节省约20%。该体系除了具备普通连续梁跨度大、景观好、整体性强、线形可调等优点外,尚能够统一各桥墩尺寸,使景观更加协调。另外,在适应岩溶地质条件方面具有较好的经济性。在轨道梁施工方面,利用轨道梁支座,配合架梁设备,按照粗调、精调、核调三步骤可以有效控制轨道梁现场安装线形。该结构体系可为同类型跨座式单轨桥梁提供借鉴。Liuzhou monorail line 1 runs through the urban area of Liuzhou along the east-west direction with high landscape requirements.Karst is developed along the line and hidden rivers are distributed in many places.The amount of karst treatment should be minimized to reduce the influence of bridge pile foundation on underground environment.In view of the above requirements,it is necessary to study the structural system of track beam bridge,which is suitable for the line in combination with the advantages of straddle monorail.Starting from several key points such as structural system comparison,standard span,construction method and linear control,and combined with the requirements of straddle monorail vehicle on track beam,this paper recommends multiple fixed continuous beam system as the standard structural system.3×30 m is used as standard span(when the curve radius is less than 600 m,3×25 m is used as the standard span),and a single row of piles are employed for each pier.The analysis results show that:The multiple fixed continuous beam structure system has good adaptability to straddle monorail,and the cost of 30 m span is saved by about 20%compared with 20 m span.The system not only has the characteristics of large span of ordinary continuous beam,good landscape,strong integrity and adjustable alignment,but also can unify the pier size,which can make the landscape more coordinated.In addition,it has good economy in adapting to karst geological conditions.In terms of track beam construction,using track beam support together with beam erection equipment and following the three steps of coarse adjustment,fine adjustment and nuclear adjustment can effectively control the alignment of track beam on site installation.The structural system can provide reference for similar straddle monorail bridges.
