摘 要:目的 了解贵州省结核病防治人员工作满意度现状并分析其影响因素,为结核病防治(简称结防)人力资源发展提供参考。方法 按照分层随机抽样方法,采用自行设计问卷通过问卷星平台进行调查,分别在疾病预防控制机构、定点医疗机构和基层医疗机构中共抽取1 042名结防人员进行调查。采用(x±s)进行统计描述,t检验、方差分析、多元线性回归分析进行统计分析。结果 贵州省结防人员工作满意度包括7个维度,总体工作满意度平均得分(3.65±0.67),各维度平均得分由高到低依次为人际关系(4.02±0.56)、工作意愿(3.90±0.58)、单位管理(3.68±0.86)、工作环境(3.59±0.94)、领导行为(3.57±0.89)、晋升培训(3.54±0.91)、工作报酬(3.24±1.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况(β=3.461)、年龄(β_((40~49岁))=-0.129)、每日工作时长(β_((7~9h))=-0.291、β(≥11h)=-0.664)、月均收入(β_((5 000~6 999元))=0.126、β(≥7 000元)=0.269)以及是否参加过结核培训(β=0.144)是结防人员总体工作满意度的影响因素。结论 贵州结防人员总体工作满意度处于比较满意水平,但各维度间得分仍有参差。应当从政府、机构和个人采取综合措施,以增强结防人员归属感和工作积极性,从而提高其工作满意度。Objective To investigate the current status of job satisfaction among staff of tuberculosis control in Guizhou Province and analyze its influencing factors,to provide reference for the development of human resources for tuberculosis prevention and control(hereinafter referred to as TB prevention).Methods According to stratified random sampling method,the self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey through the questionnaire star platform.A total of 1042 TB prevention staff were selected from disease prevention and control institutions,designated medical institutions,and primary medical institutions for investigation.Statistical description was presented as(mean±standard deviation),and t test or variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.Results The average score of the overall job satisfaction of tuberculosis staff in Guizhou Province was(3.65±0.67)points and the average score of each dimension from high to low was(4.02±0.56)for interpersonal relationship,(3.90±0.58)for work willingness,and(3.68±0.86)for institution management,(3.59±0.94)for working environment,(3.57±0.89)for leadership behavior,(3.54±0.91)for promotion training,and(3.24±1.05)for work compensation.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status(β=3.461),age(β_((40-49 years old))=-0.129),daily working hours(β_((7 to 9 hours))=-0.291,β(≥11 hours)=-0.664),average monthly income(β_((5000 to 6999 yuan))=0.126,β(≥7000 yuan)=0.269)and whether they participated in tuberculosis training(β=0.144)were the influencing factors of overall job satisfaction of TB prevention staff.Conclusion The overall job satisfaction among staff of tuberculosis control is at a relatively higher level,but there is a certain gap between each dimension.Comprehensive measures should be taken by the government,institutions,and individuals to enhance the sense of belonging and work enthusiasm of preventive personnel,so as to improve their job satisfaction.
