摘 要:目的 本研究以“恶性肿瘤病人的护理”模块为例,对高职院校护理专业外科护理课程教学实践进行了深入探索。方法 依据临床恶性肿瘤病人的整体护理工作程序,从教学整体设计、教学实施过程、学习效果、特点与创新和反思与改进五方面报告基于BOPPPS模型的混合式教学模式在“恶性肿瘤病人的护理”模块中的应用。结果 护生课前能自主查阅文献完成汇报任务,课中积极参与各种线上线下活动,课后进行技能考核、社区健康教育等线下拓展训练,任务完成度100%,优秀率达80%以上。教学满意度由改革前的88.65分提升为94.82分。结论 基于BOPPPS教学模型的外科护理混合式教学设计能提高护生的自主学习能力和应用能力,提升社会服务意识,强化职业精神。Objective This study made an in-depth exploration of the teaching practice of the“Surgical Nursing”course for nursing majors in higher vocational colleges by taking the module of“Nursing of malignant tumor patients”as an example.Methods This study made an in-depth exploration of the teaching practice of the“Surgical Nursing”course for nursing majors in higher vocational colleges by taking the module of“Nursing of malignant tumor patients”as an example.Results Nursing students could independently review the literature to complete the reporting tasks before class,actively participate in various online and offline activities during the class,design skills assessment,community health education and other offline extension training after class,the task completion rate was 100%,and the excellent rate was over 80%.Teaching satisfaction score increased from 88.65 before the reform to 94.82.Conclusions Surgical nursing mixed teaching design based on BOPPPS teaching model can improve the autonomous learning ability and application ability,enhance social service awareness,and strengthen professional spirit of nursing students.
