康复新液联合泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析康复新液联合泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法以随机双盲法将2020年3—11月收治的108例反流性食管炎患者均分为对照、观察两组。对照组使用康复新液治疗,观察组使用康复新液+泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗,并对两组的炎性因子水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、临床症状、生活质量评分进行对比。结果观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、血清白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)等炎性因子水平、治疗有效率、不良反应总发生率、临床症状及质量评分均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反流性食管炎使用康复新液+泮托拉唑钠肠溶胶囊治疗,能够显著降低机体的炎性因子水平,且不良反应总发生率较低,可使治疗兼具安全性与有效性,因此值得临床研究及推广运用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of kangfuxin liquid combined with pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsules in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods A total of 108 patients with reflux esophagitis admitted from March to November 2020 were divided into control group and observation group by randomized double-blind method.The control group was treated with kangfuxin liquid,while the observation group was treated with kangfuxin liquid combined with pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsules.The inflammatory factor level,treatment effect,adverse reactions,clinical symptoms and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and other inflammatory factors,the effective rate of treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions,the score of clinical symptoms and the score of quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of kangfuxin liquid combined with pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsules in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and the total incidence of adverse reactions is low,which can make the treatment both safe and effective,so it is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
