摘　　要：目的 改进日常教学实践活动,提升药学研究生综合素质。方法 实施常态化的义工服务;以企业需求为导向,加强对研究生语言表达与沟通能力、执行力、团队合作精神及抗压能力的训练;建立健全药学研究生专业知识以外的素质评价体系。结果 通过以上措施,可培养药学研究生富有爱心、乐于奉献的人文精神,并全面提升药学研究生的综合素养。结论 培养科学素养与人文素养并举的药学人才,是祖国医药事业发展的需要。OBJECTIVE To reform daily teaching practice and enhance the integrated qualities of pharmaceutical master students.METHODS Regular volunteer worker service will be conducted.Focusing on the needs of enterprises,the training for master students in the abilities of oral expression and communication,executing,group cooperation,and pressure resisting,needs to be strengthened.The system for evaluating the characters of master students other than their professional achievement will be established and improved gradually.RESULTS Good characters,such as having compassion on people who need help and being willing to give assistance,will be cultivated through the above measurements.The integrated qualities of pharmaceutical master students will be improved comprehensively.CONCLUSION The development of medicine in our country demands the pharmaceutical talents with both scientific and humanistic qualities.
