摘 要:目的 探讨基于“双曲线”原理的教学模式在护生急救药品及设备使用培训中的效果评价。方法 采用连续抽样法,选取2022年1月至2022年12月福建省某三级甲等医院102名护生为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组(N=50)采用传统教学模式,观察组(N=52)采用遗忘曲线和学习曲线相结合的急救药品及设备使用教学模式,比较两组护生的考核成绩及综合评价得分。结果 观察组护生急救药品及设备使用与管理评分高于对照组,带教老师对护生综合评价高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于“双曲线”原理的教学模式有效地强化记忆,不仅提高了护生的急救药品及设备使用与管理评分,而且对改善教学关系和提高护生综合能力也具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect evaluation of teaching mode based on“hyperbola”principle in the use training of first-aid drugs and equipment for nursing students.METHODS Using continuous sampling method,102 nursing students in the emergency department of a Grade-III hospital in Fujian Province from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=50)adopted traditional teaching mode.Observation group(n=52)adopted the teaching mode of first aid drugs and equipment use combined with forgetting curve and learning curve,and compared the assessment scores and comprehensive evaluation scores of the two groups of nursing students.RESULTS The scores of first-aid drugs and equipment use and management of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the comprehensive evaluation of nursing students by teachers was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The teaching mode based on the″hyperbola″principle can effectively strengthen memory,not only improve the use and management scores of first-aid drugs and equipment for nursing students,but also have important significance in improving the teaching relationship and improving the comprehensive ability of nursing students.
