摘　　要：目的:利用数据挖掘方法,探索历代医家治疗奔豚气病的用药规律。方法:收集《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗奔豚气病的方剂,通过频数分析、因子分析和关联规则等方法,分析奔豚气病方剂中高频药物、常用药组及新处方。结果:共筛选出76首方剂,包含135味中药。药物频次排名前三的为肉桂、小茴香和木香,药性凉,味辛、苦,归脾、胃、肝经。药物功效分类,理气药和温里药并重,其次为补虚药。关联规则发现13项强关联药物组合,因子分析得出6个公因子,得出3首备选处方,体现了历代医家疏肝泄热、行气止痛和温经散寒、温阳化饮的主要治法。结论:奔豚气病的主要病机为肝火气逆和阳虚寒气或水饮上冲;奔豚汤为治疗肝郁化火型奔豚气的基础方剂;治疗阳虚寒气或水饮上逆型奔豚气除选用桂枝加桂汤和茯苓桂枝甘草大枣汤外,还应注意肉桂、附子、人参、茯苓、吴茱萸的配伍使用。Objective:To explore the doctors'law of drug use for running-pig syndrome(奔豚气)in the past dynasties utilizing data mining.Methods:The prescriptions for the treatment of running-pig syndrome from the great dictionary of TCM prescriptions were collected to analyze high-frequency drugs and common drug combinations in the prescriptions of running-pig syndrome,and the new prescriptions via frequency analysis,factor analysis and association rule.Results:All 76 prescriptions were selected,containing 135 herbs.The top three drugs in the frequency were Rougui(Cinnamomi cortex),Xiaohuixiang(Foeniculi fructus)and Muxiang(Aucklandiae radix),cool in nature,acrid and bitter in taste,belonging to the meridians of spleen,stomach and liver.The classification of drug efficacy,regulating-Qi drug and interior-warming drug are of great importance,followed by the tonics.All 13 drug combinations with strong associations found by association rule,six common factors and three alternative prescriptions by factor analysis embody the doctors'main therapeutic method in the past dynasties of soothing the liver and clearing heat,promoting qi circulation to relieve pain,warming channel and expelling cold,warming Yang and resolving the retained fluid.Conclusion:The main pathogenesis of runningpig syndrome are liver-fire and reversed flow of Qi,Yang deficiency and cold Qi,or water and the retained fluid uprushing;Bentun Tang(奔豚气)is the basic prescription for treating liver stagnation transforming into fire pattern running-pig syndrome;in the treatment of running-pig syndrome of Yang deficiency and cold Qi,or water and the retained fluid uprushing,in addition to Guizhi Jiagui Tang and Fuling Guizhi Gancao Dazao Tang,the compatibility with Rougui,Fuzi,ginseng,Fuling and Wuzhuyu should be noticed.
