摘 要:目的:探讨不同质量黄芩苷缓释膜对重度慢性牙周炎龈沟液体外抑菌试验的效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年12月于天河区中医医院收治的100例重度慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照1组(33例)、对照2组(34例)、试验组(33例)。对照1组、对照2组,试验组分别采用含1.0 g、1.5 g、2.0 g黄芩苷的缓释膜片进行体外抑菌试验。比较三组黄芩苷缓释膜体外降解率、抑菌圈直径、抑菌稳定性。结果:三组黄芩苷缓解膜抑菌2、4、6、8、10、12 d的体外降解率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。缓释膜抑菌1、3、5、7 d,试验组抑菌圈直径大于对照1组、对照2组,对照2组抑菌圈直径大于对照1组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。缓释膜抑菌3、5、7 d,试验组抑菌稳定性绝对值小于对照1组、对照2组,对照2组抑菌稳定性绝对值小于对照1组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:黄芩苷缓释膜的质量与缓释率不存在明显相关性,在不同质量的黄芩苷缓释膜中,2.0 g黄芩苷的缓释膜在抑菌范围与抑菌稳定性上的表现最佳。Objective:To explore the effect of sustained-release films of baicalin at different masses on the in vitro antibacterial test of gingival crevicular fluid in severe chronic periodontitis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with severe chronic periodontitis admitted to Tianhe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects and they were divided into experimental group(33 cases),control group 1(33 cases)and control group 2(34 cases)by random number table method.The control group 1,control group 2 and experimental group were subjected to in vitro antibacterial test with sustained-release film containing 1.0 g,1.5 g and 2.0 g baicalin,respectively.The in vitro degradation rate,the diameter of the inhibition zone and the antibacterial stability of the baicalin sustained-release films were compared among three groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the degradation rate of the baicalin sustained-release film among the three groups on 2,4,6,8,10,12 d(P>0.05).On 1,3,5,7 d,the diameter of the inhibition zone in the experimental group was larger than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,and the diameter of the inhibition zone in the control group 2 was larger than that in the control group 1,with statistically significant difference(P=0.000).On 3,5,7 d,the absolute value of antibacterial stability in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,and the absolute value of antibacterial stability in the control group 2 was lower than that in the control group 1,with statistically significant difference(P=0.000).Conclusion:There is no obvious correlation between the quality of baicalin sustained-release films and the sustained-release rate.Among the baicalin sustained-release films at different masses,the 2.0 g baicalin sustained-release film has the best performance in antibacterial range and antibacterial stability.
