摘　　要：固位不良是全口义齿戴用后常出现的问题。近年来义齿黏附剂因具有提高义齿固位性、稳定性、提升咀嚼效率及减少食物残留等性能在口腔临床中广泛应用。本文对近年来义齿黏附剂的临床应用、研究现状进行综述,对义齿黏附剂面临的挑战和未来的发展进行了探讨与展望。Poor retention is a common problem after wearing complete dentures.In recent years,denture adhesives have been widely used in oral clinics because they improve denture retention,stability,chewing efficiency and reduce food residues.In this article,the clinical application and research status of denture adhesives are reviewed.The challenges and development of denture adhesives in the future are discussed and prospected.
