摘　　要：龋病是一种常见的危害人体健康的口腔疾病。随着近年来生活水平的提高,人们对口腔保健的重视程度不断提高,同时对口腔疾病的防治提出了新的要求,寻找更加安全且行之有效的龋病防治手段成为当前口腔疾病研究领域的热点。蜂胶作为一种传统中药成分,具有抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化等多方面作用。该文就蜂胶的生物学活性、生物安全性及其在龋病防治方面的作用进行综述。Caries is a common oral disease that jeopardizes human health.With the improvement of living standards in recent years,people pay more and more attention to oral health care and put forward new requirements for the prevention and treatment of oral disea-ses.Searching for safer and more effective means of caries prevention and treatment has become a hot spot in research on oral diseases.As a traditional Chinese medicine ingredient,propolis has many functions such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and antioxidant.This article reviews research on propolis'biological activity,biosecurity,dental caries prevention and treatment.
