摘　　要：牙根纵裂(vertical root fractures, VRFs)是发生在牙根部的完全或不完全纵形裂开。近年来,口腔锥形束CT(cone beam CT,CBCT)由于其极高的空间分辨率被广泛应用于VRFs的诊断。但是,在CBCT图像上可能存在着各类伪影,这些伪影的存在大大影响了CBCT诊断VRF的准确性。该文对CBCT诊断VRFs中的常见伪影进行总结,并结合临床工作对如何在扫描中尽可能减少伪影及如何对伪影和折裂纹进行鉴别诊断加以探讨。Vertical root fractures(VRFs)are complete or incomplete longitudinal fractures that occur in the root.In recent years,cone beam CT(CBCT)has been widely used in the diagnosis of VRFs because of its extremely high spatial resolution.However,various arti-facts may exist on CBCT images,which will affect the performance of CBCT in diagnosing VRFs.In this paper,CBCT artifacts in the diagnosis of VRFs were reviewed,and how to reduce artifacts as much as possible in scanning,and differential diagnosis of artifacts and fracture lines were discussed.
