摘　　要：目的以药学服务岗位胜任力评价指标为导向,探讨培养面向社会药房的高职药学专业学生的课程改革。方法通过检索文献,提炼适合社会药房药师岗位胜任力的相关指标。对接收我校药学专业实习的15家社会药房工作人员,开展药学专业课程重要性评价调查。以及我校在培养学生药学服务岗位胜任力方面开展的实践教学改革。结果药事管理与法规、药学综合知识与技能、药理学等课程评价分值较高,与化学相关的课程分值较低。增加实践教学有利于培养药学服务能力。结论减少化学学科课程,增加医学、社会-行为课程的课程体系和实践教学改革有利于培养高职药学专业学生的药学服务能力。OBJECTIVE Directed by the evaluation index of pharmaceutical care competence,this paper discusses the reform of pharmaceutical professional curriculum for higher vocational colleges to cultivate pharmaceutical care competence facing social pharmacies.METHODS Through literature search,the relevant indicators of competence of pharmaceutical care facing social pharmacy pharmacist were extracted.An survey on the importance of pharmaceutical courses was carried out among the staff of 15 social pharmacies who received the interns of pharmacy major in our school.The practical teaching reform carried out by our school in cultivating students′competence in pharmaceutical care posts.RESULTS The evaluation scores of Pharmacy Management and Regulations,Comprehensive Knowledge and Skills of Pharmacy,Pharmacology and other courses are high,while the scores of chemistry related courses are low.Increasing practice teaching is beneficial to cultivating pharmaceutical care ability.CONCLUSION The reduction of chemistry courses,the increase of the curriculum system of medical and social behavior courses and the reform of practical teaching are benefit to cultivating the pharmaceutical care ability of higher vocational pharmaceutical students.
