住院药房绩效考核体系的建立与成效评价

摘　　要：目的制定住院药房绩效考核体系,提高药师的工作效率和质量。方法采用综合评价法,形成由4个维度、9个二级指标、15个三级指标组成的考核体系。收集相关数据,比较2019年(实施前)-2021年(实施后)住院药房的工作效率及药学服务相关指标。结果对比绩效考核实施前,住院药房人均工作量、调剂效率、考试成绩、特殊药品处方合理率、病区药品检查合格率明显提升(P<0.05),调剂差错、病历点评不合理医嘱数明显下降(P<0.05)。结论住院药房实施绩效考核,有助于提高药师的工作效率、工作质量和专业水平,有助于住院药房药事管理和药学服务水平的整体提升。OBJECTIVE To improve pharmacists work efficiency and work quality by developing performance appraisal program in inpatient pharmacy.METHODS An assessment system consisting of 4 dimensions,9 second-level indicators and 15 third-level indicators was constructed by comprehensive evaluation method.Relevant data was collected to compare indicators of work efficiency and pharmaceutical care from 2019(before implementation)to 2021(after implementation).RESULTS Compared with performance appraisal before implementation,the average workload of inpatient pharmacy,the dispensing efficiency,the average test score,the rational rate of special drug prescriptions,the qualified rate of drug examination in wards were significantly increased(P<0.05),the number of monthly dispensing error,the number of unreasonable medical orders were significantly decreased(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The implementation of performance appraisal in inpatient pharmacy is helpful to improve the work efficiency,work quality and professional level of pharmacists,and contribute to the overall improvement of pharmacy management and pharmaceutical care in inpatient pharmacy.
