摘　　要：目的分析糖蛋白抗原724(CA724)、微小RNA-183(miR183)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)锌指蛋白反义链1(ZFAS1)在结肠癌患者血清中的表达与意义。方法将103例结肠癌患者纳入观察组,同期体检的95例健康体检者纳入对照组。采集2组血液检测对比CA724、miR183、lncRNA ZFAS1差异;同时收集患者的年龄、性别等资料,分析CA724、miR183、lncRNA ZFAS1表达与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果观察组血清CA724[(26.79±3.36)U/ml]、miR183相对表达量[(2.57±0.46)]、lncRNA ZFAS1相对表达量[(3.75±0.84)]均高于对照组[(5.20±1.05)U/ml、(1.05±0.21)、(1.23±0.39)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CA724、miR183、lncRNA ZFAS1表达与结肠癌患者的年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)、肿瘤大小无关,与患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论CA724、miR183、lncRNA ZFAS1在结肠癌患者血清内呈高表达,其表达与患者临床分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度联系紧密,可能参与肿瘤的病情发展,临床需予以高度重视。Objective To analyze the expression and significance of glycoprotein antigen 724(CA724),microRNA-183(miR183),long chain non coding RNA(lncRNA)zinc finger protein antisense chain 1(ZFAS1)in patients with colon cancer.Methods 103 patients with colon cancer were included in the observation group,and 95 healthy people who were examined in our hospital at the same time were included in the control group.Collect the blood of the two groups to detect and compare the difference of CA724,miR183 and lncRNA ZFAS1;At the same time,the age,sex and other data of patients were collected to analyze the relationship between the expression of CA724,miR183,lncRNA ZFAS1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients.Results The levels of serum CA724[(26.79±3.36)U/ml],miR183[(2.57±0.46)]and lncRNA ZFAS1[(3.75±0.84)]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(5.20±1.05)U/ml,(1.05±0.21),(1.23±0.39)],with significant differences(P<0.05);The expression of CA724,miR183 and lncRNA ZFAS1 was not related to age,sex,body mass index(BMI)and tumor size of colon cancer patients(P>0.05);but was related to the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion CA724,miR183 and lncRNA ZFAS1 are highly expressed in the serum of colon cancer,and their expression is closely related to the clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree of patients.They may participate in the development of tumor,and should be paid more attention to in clinical practice.
