摘　　要：基于目前废旧纺织品回收行业存在的分拣效率低、分拣准确率低等问题,研发了一套废旧纺织品自动鉴别分拣设备。采用DA200在线近红外光谱仪与工业控制计算机(DT-5206-IH61MB)相结合的方式设计了废旧纺织品自动鉴别分拣设备。重点介绍了整套设备在结构组成、装备设计、软件算法部分及分拣效果等方面的关键技术。该设备不仅能持续、高效地分拣纺织品,还可以连续运行48 h以上,传送带速度为0.8 m/s,可分拣1 500~2 000件/h,经过验证其综合分拣准确率可以达到89%。废旧纺织品自动鉴别分拣设备的研发为纺织回收企业大大节约了劳动力成本,并提高了废旧纺织品的分拣效率,实现了高效、节能、安全的分拣。Based on the current problems of low sorting efficiency and low sorting accuracy in the waste textile recycling industry,a set of waste textile automatic identification and sorting equipment is developed.An automatic identification and sorting equipment is designed for waste textiles by using waste textile automatic identification and sorting using DA200 online near infrared spectrometer combined with an industrial control computer(DT-5206-IH61MB).The key technologies of the whole equipment in terms of structural composition,equipment design,software algorithm part and sorting effect are emphasisly introduced.The equipment could not only sort textiles continuously and efficiently,but also run continuously for more than 48 hours,with a conveyor speed of 0.8 m/s,and can sort 1500 to 2000 pieces of fabrics per hour,and its comprehensive sorting accuracy rate could reach 89%after verification.The development of the automatic waste textile identification and sorting equipment has greatly saved labor costs and improved the efficiency of waste textile sorting for textile recycling enterprises,and achieves efficient,energy-saving and safe sorting.
