有机硅柔软剂T565在涂料印花中的应用性能

摘　　要：介绍了有机硅柔软剂T565在涂料印花中的应用性能。T565与涂料、阴离子黏合剂及涂料增稠剂有很好的相容性。分析T565在涂料印花中的应用工艺,当T565用量为2%,增稠剂DM-5288用量为2%,黏合剂DM-5129用量为20%,涂料艳蓝G-32用量为5%时,T565对涂料印花织物耐干摩擦色牢度没有影响,耐湿摩擦色牢度略有提升,极大地提升了印花织物的柔软性。The application performance of SILYOUSOFT T565 in pigment printing was introduced.T565 has good compatibility with coatings,anionic binders and coating thickeners.The application process of T565 in pigment printing was analyzed.When the amount of T565 was 2%,the amount of thickener DM-5288 was 2%,the amount of adhesive DM-5129 was 20%,and the amount of pigment Brilliant Blue G-32 was 5%,T565 had no effect on the color fastness to dry rubbing of pigment printing,and the color fastness to wet rubbing was slightly improved,which greatly improved the softness of the printed fabric.
