活态中医药传统知识保护现状、存在问题与对策研究

摘　　要：活态中医药传统知识是中医药传统知识重要组成部分,本文从保护活态中医药传统知识的意义出发,介绍了现阶段活态中医药传统知识保护主体内容、界定方法及实施方案,结合活态中医药传统知识在各省市(自治区、直辖市)的各个项目收集现状,发现各地不仅在收集项目总数上差异较大,且同一地区不同类别的项目收集情况亦有悬殊,通过分析造成差异现状的原因,以及遇到的共性问题,给出相应对策建议,为今后活态中医药传统知识的保护收集工作提供参考。Living traditional knowledge of Chinese medicine is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.Starting from the significance of protecting living traditional knowledge of Chinese medicine,this paper introduces the protection content and implementation plan of living traditional knowledge of Chinese medicine at this stage and combines the protection of living traditional knowledge of Chinese medicine.It is found that not only the total number of collected items is quite different,but also the collection of different types of items in the same area is also very different.By analyzing the reasons for the discrepancies,put forward common problems encountered in the collection process,and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to provide a reference for the protection and collection of living traditional knowledge of Chinese medicine in the future.
