摘 要:培育医德高尚的青年中医临床人才对国家和社会发展尤为重要,这是因为青年医师承载着中医药传承发展的未来。文章总结和分析了目前青年医师培养现状,探讨了将“洛阳正骨医学精神”融入青年医师培养的实践价值,即有利于引导青年医师构建现代人格、树立崇高的职业追求及厚植守正创新情怀。同时,文章基于社会认知理论提出改变个体认知、强化行为实践及塑造环境氛围等具体可操作的融入路径,这为有效提升青年医师的职业素养拓展了新的思路和方法。It is particularly important for national and social development to cultivate young traditional Chinese medicine clinical talents with noble medical ethics,because young doctors bear the future of the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of the training of young doctors,and discusses the practical value of integrating the“Luoyang orthopedic traditional Chinese medicine spirit”into the training of young doctors,which is conducive to guiding young doctors to build a modern personality,establish a noble career pursuit,and cultivate a sense of integrity and innovation.At the same time,based on social cognitive theory,this paper proposes specific integration paths such as changing self-efficacy,strengthening behavior practice and shaping cultural environment,which expands new ideas and methods for effectively improving the professional qualities of young doctors.
