摘  要:职业启蒙教育是建设现代职业教育体系的重要内容,也是实现普职融通的途径。文章针对职业启蒙教育利益相关者在利益诉求缺乏沟通、共建模式模糊和低效、政策环境协同不足等方面的“疏离”困境,基于共生理论,提出职业启蒙教育利益相关者博弈治理的“共生”路径:协调共生单元的利益诉求,实现利益耦合;优化利益相关者共生模式,提升合作动力;完善共生系统的政策环境,推动共生发展。通过各利益相关者相互配合、形成合力,促进职业启蒙教育的有效开展。Vocational enlightenment education is an important element in building a modern vocational education system and a way to realize the integration of general education and vocational education.Based on the symbiosis theory,the article proposes a"symbiosis"path for the game governance of vocational enlightenment education stakeholders,which is based on the lack of communication among the stakeholders'interests,the vague and ineffective mode of co-construction,and the insufficient coordination of policy environment.Based on the symbiosis theory,a symbiosis path for the governance of the game of vocational enlightenment education stakeholders is proposed:coordinating the interests of the symbiotic units to realize the coupling of interests,optimizing the symbiosis model of stakeholders to enhance the cooperation dynamics,and improving the policy environment of the symbiosis system to promote the symbiosis development.Through the mutual cooperation and synergy among stakeholders,the effective implementation of career initiation education is promoted.
