摘  要:《推拿手法学》实训课对于学生掌握推拿实践技能具有重要的意义。手法实训课是《推拿手法学》课程中重要的组成部分,其教学质量的高低直接影响到学生手法技能的优劣。线上线下混合式教学模式是一种将课堂教学(线下)与网络教学(线上)结合,发挥各自教学的优势并进行有机结合,帮助学生更好、更迅捷掌握知识的教学模式。《推拿手法学》实训课突破先理论后传统的线下实训教学模式,采用“课前预习、模拟练习”“课上理论与实践同步进行一体化教学模式”和“课后学习通线上学习效果检验与课外拓展相结合的模式”线上线下混合式教学模式,考核评价同样采用线上结合线下的多重考核方式,经过4个学期的临床教学实践,效果显著。在培养学生对于推拿手法学习兴趣的同时又充分调动学生的创新能动性,学生学习不再拘泥于课堂,同时教师的主导作用又得到体现,使推拿手法的教学事半功倍。The practical training course of Massage Manipulation is of great significance for students to master the prac-tical skills of massage.Manipulation training course is an important part of the course of Massage Manipulation,and its teaching quality directly affects the quality of students′manipulation skills.The online and offline mixed teaching mode combines class-room teaching(offline)with web-based teaching(online),gives play to their respective teaching advantages and organically combines them to help students master knowledge better and faster.The practical training course of Massage Manipulation has broken through the traditional offline practical training teaching mode of“theory first and offline practice later”.It adopts the online and offline mixed teaching mode of“pre-class preview and simulated practice”,“integrated teaching mode with simul-taneous theory and practice in class”and“after-class online learning through XUEXITONG effect test and extra-curricular activities”.The assessment and evaluation also adopt the online and offline multiple assessment mode.After four semesters of clinical teaching practice,the effect is remarkable.While cultivating students′interest in the study of massage techniques,we also fully mobilize students′innovative initiative.Students′learning is no longer confined to the classroom.At the same time,teachers′leading role is reflected,making the teaching of massage techniques more effective with less effort.
