深化高校干部人事制度改革的有益探索——以北京印刷学院选优配强院系专职组织员为例

摘　　要：高校人事制度改革是建设现代大学制度的重要内容,是深化高等教育领域综合改革的重要突破口。本文以北京印刷学院为例,谋划推进院系专职组织员队伍建设是推进新时代学校党的建设工作的有益探索,在分析新时代高等教育领域改革演进与干部人事制度改革的基础上,提出了院系专职组织员队伍建设的思路与鲜活做法,分析了阶段性工作成效,并对院系专职组织员队伍建设经验进行了归纳总结。The reform of the personnel system in universities is an important content of building a modern university system,and an important breakthrough in deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of higher education.Taking Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication as an example,the university plans to promote the construction of the professional organizational members team in the departments of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication is a useful exploration to promote the party building work in schools in the new era.Based on the analysis of the evolution of the reform in the field of higher education and the reform of the cadre and personnel system in the new era,this article proposes ideas and fresh practices for the construction of the full-time organizational personnel team in Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication,analyzes the phased work results,and summarizes the experience in the construction of the full-time organizational personnel team.
