摘　　要：生态环境导向的开发(EOD)模式是一种创新性区域综合开发模式,研究了EOD模式的国家政策要求和地方实践进展,分析了EOD模式破解的主要特点,并提出下一步浙江省探索实践的意见建议。Eco-environment-oriented development(EOD)mode is an innovative,regional and comprehensive development mode.This paper studied the national policy requirements and local practice progress of EOD mode,analyzed the main characteristics of EOD mode's problem-cracking,and put forward suggestions for the next exploration in Zhejiang Province.
