摘 要:从检测工作流程入手,结合实验室质量管理体系的要求,识别了乳品企业检测实验室检测前、检测中与检测后各个阶段的主要风险。用工作危害分析法对已识别的各项风险进行定性和定量的分析评价,讨论各个风险的量化评价指标,以此来计算各项风险的风险值和各风险点的加权平均风险值,然后对照风险等级划分标准来确定等级和可接受的程度。研究结果表明,我国乳品企业检测实验室的总体风险较低,风险水平控制较好,但也有一些值得关注的风险。针对这些风险,提出了相应的控制措施来减少风险发生的可能性。Starting from the testing workflow,combined with the requirements of the laboratory quality management system,the main risks in each stage of the testing laboratory of dairy enterprises before,during and after testing were identified.The identified risks were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed and evaluated using job hazard analysis,and the quantitative evaluation indicators of each risk were discussed to calculate the risk value of each risk and the weighted average risk value of each risk point,Then,the risk level and acceptable degree shall be determined according to the risk level classification standard.The research results show that the overall risk of testing laboratories in dairy enterprises in China is low,and the risk level is well controlled,but there are also some risks worthy of attention.For these risks,corresponding control measures are proposed to reduce the possibility of risk occurrence.
