摘 要:本试验旨在研究膨化亚麻荠籽粕对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、抗氧化能力与肠道功能的影响。选取270羽50周龄健康产蛋期大午金凤蛋鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复15羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加3%、5%膨化亚麻荠籽粕的试验饲粮,试验期56 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,添加3%、5%膨化亚麻荠籽粕,蛋鸡产蛋率、平均日产蛋重、平均蛋重均有提高,料蛋比下降,但均无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,添加3%、5%膨化亚麻荠籽粕对鸡蛋的蛋黄相对重、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳相对重、蛋壳厚度和哈夫单位均无显著影响(P>0.05),但鸡蛋中蛋白质含量显著升高(P<0.05),胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),亚油酸、α-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸含量显著升高(P<0.05);钾、钙、铁、锌、硒含量均显著升高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加3%、5%膨化亚麻荠籽粕均可显著提高蛋鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性(P<0.05),降低血清中过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))、丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加3%、5%膨化亚麻荠籽粕,蛋鸡肠道形态正常,均无病理损伤。与对照组相比,添加3%、5%膨化亚麻荠籽粕试验组蛋鸡十二指肠、空肠绒毛长度显著增加(P<0.05),隐窝深度降低(P>0.05),绒隐比显著增加(P<0.05),且小肠黏膜中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、闭合小带蛋白-1(ZO-1)、封闭蛋白1(CLDN1)和紧密连接蛋白(Occludin)的含量显著升高(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,在饲粮中添加3%~5%的膨化亚麻荠籽粕不影响蛋鸡生产性能,可显著提高鸡蛋蛋品质相关指标,增强蛋鸡抗氧化能力,提高小肠黏膜免疫相关因子和紧密连接蛋白的含量,改善肠道形态结构,说明膨化亚麻荠籽粕作为蛋鸡功能性饲料原料具有较好的应用价值。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of expanded camelina sativa seed meal on performance,egg quality,antioxidant capacity and intestinal function.A total of 270 Dawu Jinfeng laying hens at 50 weeks of age were randomly divided into 3 groups,6 replicates in each group,15 birds in each replicate.The control group was fed a basic diet,and the test group was fed the trial diet supplemented with 3%and 5%expanded camelina sativa seed meal respectively for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,adding 3%and 5%expanded camelina sativa seed meal increased the egg production rate,average daily egg weight and average egg weight of laying hens,and decreased the feed to egg ratio,but had no significant effect(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in egg yolk relative weight,egg yolk color,egg shell relative weight,egg shell thickness and Huff unit(P>0.05)when 3%and 5%expanded flaxseed meal were added to the eggs,but compared with the control group,the protein content in the eggs in the test group was significantly increased(P<0.05)and the cholesterol content was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the contents of linolenic acid,α-linoleic acid and arachidonic acid increased significantly(P<0.05);the contents of K,Ca,Fe,Zn and Se increased significantly(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the test group with 3%and 5%expanded camelina sativa could significantly increase the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT)in the serum of laying hens(P<0.05),reduce the contents of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the serum(P>0.05).4)When 3%and 5%expanded camelina sativa seed meal were added to the diet,the intestinal morphology of laying hens was normal without pathological damage.Compared with the control group,the test group with 3%and 5%expanded camelina sativa seed could increase the length of duodenum and jejunum villi(P<0.05),decreased the crypt depth(P>0.05),and incre
