中熟加工型马铃薯新品种泉薯5号的选育及特性

摘　　要：[目的]开展加工型马铃薯的选育,为马铃薯加工提供新型优质品种。[方法]以鄂马铃薯3号为母本、‘白花仔’为父本进行有性杂交,经实生薯、品系鉴定、品比试验等无性系世代选育,筛选得到综合表现突出的株系“Q05-06”,品比综合表现良好,定名为泉薯5号。[结果]泉薯5号生育期92 d,株型直立,株高44.7 cm,植株长势旺盛。在2016—2018年福建省区域试验中,平均鲜薯产量29 453.9 kg·hm^(-2),较对照紫花851减产7.3%,差异不显著。薯块干物质含量20.2%,淀粉含量14.1%,适合膨化薯片加工。抗早疫病,中抗晚疫病。2021年获得国家马铃薯品种登记证书[GPD马铃薯(2021)350063]。[结论]泉薯5号具有农艺性状好、丰产、优质、抗病等优良特性,属中熟加工型品种,适宜在福建省冬、春季种植。[Purpose]Breeding of processing-oriented potato was carried out to provide new high-quality variety for potato processing industry.[Method]Sexual hybridization of mother plant‘E-malingshu 3’and father plant‘Baihuazai’was conducted to breed new potato variety.After clonal selection based on tuber appearance,line identification and regional trial,a new variety with outstanding comprehensive performance was screened and named as Quanshu 5.[Result]The growth period of Quanshu 5 lasted for 92 days.It grew vigorously and demonstrated an upright plant type with a height of 44.7 cm.During the regional trial of potato varieties in Fujian Province from 2016 to 2018,the average yield of Quanshu 5 was 29453.9 kg·hm^(-2),7.3%lower than that of Zihua 851(CK),but the difference was insignificant.The contents of dry matter and starch in tuber were 20.2%and 14.1%,respectively,which was suitable for the processing of potato chips.Quanshu 5 was resistant to early blight,and moderately resistant to late blight.It got the national potato variety registration certificate in 2021[GPD potato(2021)350063].[Conclusion]Quanshu 5,a new mid-ripe processing-oriented potato variety,was featured by good agronomic shape,high yield,high quality and disease resistance,and was suitable to be planted in the winter and spring in Fujian Province.
