摘  要:[目的]明确不同花色紫薇花瓣中花色苷的组成特性。[方法]选取6个不同花色紫薇品种,利用英国皇家园艺学会比色卡描述花瓣花色表型,并采用超高效液相色谱—串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)技术对不同花色花瓣进行广泛靶向花色苷代谢物的定性和定量分析。[结果]6个紫薇品种分为白色系、红色系和紫色系。不同色系紫薇花瓣中花色苷组分及含量存在显著差异。红色系紫薇花瓣花色苷总含量较高,以锦葵色素类与矮牵牛素类化合物为主;紫色系花瓣中花色苷总含量次之,以飞燕草素类化合物为主;白色系花瓣中花色苷总含量较低,以黄酮类化合物为主。不同色系紫薇花瓣共检测出59种花色苷化合物。其中,红色系紫薇花瓣中锦葵色素-3-O-葡萄糖苷、锦葵色素-3,5-O-二葡萄糖苷、矮牵牛素-3-O-半乳糖苷、矮牵牛素-3-O-葡萄糖苷含量显著高于其他色系紫薇。[结论]不同色系紫薇花瓣中花色苷组分及含量存在显著差异,是造成紫薇呈现不同花色的主要原因。本结果可为紫薇花瓣成色分析与花色的定向改良提供参考。[Purpose]The study aimed to clarify the characteristics of anthocyanins in Lagerstroemia indica petals with different colors.[Method]Six varieties of L.indica with different petal colors were compared on floral colors according to Royal Horticulture Society Color Chart,and their anthocyanin were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).[Result]The results showed that the 6 L.indica varieties were divided into 3 color series of white,red and purple,and the composition and contents of anthocyanin in petals varied significantly among different color series.The varieties,in descending order of total anthocyanins contents,were red,purple and white L.indica.Malvidin and petunidin were the main components in red L.indica while delphinidin and flavonoid were predominated in purple and white L.indica,respectively.A total of 59 anthocyanins were detected in the petals of L.indica,among which the contents of malvidin-3-O-glucoside,malvidin-3,5-O-diglucoside,petunia-3-O-galactoside,petunia-3-O-glucoside were significantly higher in red L.indica than those of the other color series.[Conclusion]Significant difference in petal anthocyanin composition and contents contributed to the various petal colors of L.indica.The results can provide the basis for the analysis of petal color and color-oriented improvement of L.indica.
