摘  要:位置控制式直流有刷电机在生产和生活中有广泛的应用。在一些控制惯量大、力矩变化、非线性强的应用场景中,现有的直流有刷电机位置控制系统具有成本高、适应性不强、鲁棒性差等缺点。因此,本文设计了基于双闭环单神经元自适应PID算法的直流有刷电机位置控制系统。搭建了基于STM32单片机的电机控制试验台并对控制系统进行了验证。实验结果表明本文设计的的控制系统具有适应性强、运行平顺、抗干扰能力强、控制精度高的优点,为低成本直流有刷电机控制系统提供了一种有效的方案。DC brush motor is a common device for position control in industry and daily life applications.When the DC brush motor working with large inertia,varying torque and strong non-linearity demands,the existing control system is confined by high cost and poor robustness.In this paper,a double closed loop controller was developed based on single neuron adaptive PID algorithm.And a motor control test bench was built and the control algorithm was verified on a STM32 single chip microcomputer.The experiments show that the controller proposed is adaptable to different loads with smoothing operation,no jitter and acceptable accuracy.The control algorithm and controller provide a low-cost DC brush motor control system.
