摘  要:航道整治工程半圆体孔径大、孔数多,优选采用气囊成孔工艺。对半圆体预制预留孔质量缺陷成因进行深入分析并制定可实施对策,通过改进气囊材质、尺寸和测压方式,成孔质量更能得到保证,半圆体观感质量和耐久性提升,产生一定的经济和社会效益。希望能为今后类似工程多孔混凝土结构施工,提供一定的借鉴。The semi-circular structure used in waterway regulation project is porous and large aperture,and gas bag hole-forming technology is priority of adoption.Analysis of the reasons of quality defects of concrete preformed holes will help to develop implementable countermeasures.The quality of the hole forming can be better guaranteed,and the appearance quality and durability of the semicircle body can be improved,by improving the material,size and pressure measuring method of the air bag.All those will bring some economic and social benefits.This research can also provide some inspiration and benefit for the porous concrete structure construction of similar projects in the future.
