摘 要:研究了兼顾汽油机中冷后高进气温度下抗爆性和全工况燃油经济性的高温点火提前角标定优化策略。在不同的中冷后进气温度下,将各工况调节至爆震边界处或将AI50调节至压缩上止点后8°CA附近,以此时的点火提前角与基本点火提前角的差值为目标,拟合优化高进气温度点火提前角及其修正系数。优化后的万有特性试验结果、WLTC循环油耗测试结果表明:中冷后进气温度为35℃时,优化后的点火提前角与优化前相差不大,中等负荷区域燃油消耗率略有降低;中冷后进气温度分别为45℃、55℃时,优化后,点火提前角有所增大,低油耗等高线覆盖区域明显扩大,燃油经济性明显改善,同时中低转速、大负荷时动力性有所提高;优化后,第1次、第2次高温WLTC循环的百公里油耗分别为10.44、10.76 L/100 km,比优化前分别降低了13.1%、15.7%。The calibration optimization strategy of ignition advance angle at high intake temperature of gasoline engine was studied via taking into account the antiknock performance at high intake temperature after intercooling and the fuel economy under all working conditions.At different intake temperature after intercooling,the working conditions were adjusted to the knock boundary,or the AI50 was adjusted to 8°CA after the top dead center of compression.Fitting optimization of ignition advance angle and its correction coefficient at high intake temperature by the target angle,which is the difference between the ignition advance angle at this time and the basic one.The optimized engine map characteristics and WLTC cycle test results show that:When the intake temperature after intercooling is 35℃,the optimized ignition advance angle has little difference from that before optimization,when the temperature is 45℃and 55℃,the ignition advance angle is increased,the coverage area of low fuel consumption contour line is significantly expanded,and the fuel economy is significantly improved.At the same time,the power performance is improved at low and medium speed.After calibration and optimization,the fuel consumption per hundred kilometers of the first and second high-temperature WLTC cycles are 10.44 and 10.76L/100km respectively,15.7%and 13.1%lower than before respectively.
