摘 要:为了改善发动机燃用生物柴油时的燃烧与排放性能,通过向生物柴油添加甲醇以形成稳定的混合燃料,在一台单缸柴油机上进行了发动机性能试验。结果表明:相比于B100,B95M5和B90M10的燃烧压力峰值、压力升高率峰值、瞬时放热率峰值均后移;随着负荷的增大,峰值后移量减少;同一工况下,峰值后移量随着甲醇添加量的增多而增大。中高负荷时,随着甲醇添加量的增多,压力升高率峰值、瞬时放热率峰值均增大,CO排放降低。在整个负荷范围内,随着甲醇添加量的增多,HC排放升高,NO_(x)排放变化无规律,碳烟排放出现较大幅度的下降。In order to improve the combustion and emission performance of an engine burning biodiesel,by adding methanol to biodiesel to form a stable fuel mixture,the engine performance test was carried out on a single cylinder diesel engine.The results indicate:Compared with B100,the peak value of combustion pressure,the peak value of pressure rise rate and the peak value of instantaneous heat release rate of B95M5 and B90M10 are all backward;With the increase of load,the peak backward shift decreases;Under the same working condition,the peak backward shift increased with the increase of methanol addition.At medium-high load,with the increase of methanol content,the peak value of pressure rise rate and instantaneous heat release rate increased,and CO emission decreased.In the whole load range,with the increase of methanol addition,HC emission increases,NO_(x) emission changes irregularly,and soot emission decreases significantly.
