摘  要:针对通过传统峰值电压检测伺服跟踪方法进行电火花线切割聚晶金刚石复合片时出现的切割速度低、切割不稳定、表面质量差且易断丝的现象,提出了一种空载率检测系统控制方法。经试验得知,当空载率为10%时,该方法可得到更好的表面质量和加工稳定性,同时获得较高的切割速度,在相同脉冲宽度下切割聚晶金刚石复合片较传统峰值电压检测伺服跟踪方法的速度提升了20%。Aiming at the problems of low cutting speed,unstable cutting,poor surface quality and easy wire breakage when wire-cutting electrical discharge machining(WEDM)polycrystalline diamond composite(PDC)with traditional peak voltage detection servo tracking method,a control method of no-load ratio detection system was proposed.The experiment showed that when the no-load rate is 10%,the method can obtain higher machining surface quality and stability,as well as higher cutting speed.The cutting speed of polycrystalline diamond composite under the same pulse width is 20%higher than the traditional peak voltage detection servo tracking method.
