山东省农村地区癫痫患者生命质量及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解山东省农村地区癫痫患者生命质量现状及其影响因素,为制定提高癫痫患者生命质量相关的政策提供依据。方法于2019年9—10月在山东省开展农村癫痫防治管理项目的8个区县,采用癫痫患者生命质量量表中文版(QOLIE-31)对随机选取的癫痫患者进行问卷调查,分析其生命质量,采用多因素线性回归分析生命质量的影响因素。结果生命质量问卷中,生活满意度、精力和疲劳、情绪健康、认知功能、发作担忧、社会活动、药物影响和中国调适8个维度得分分别为(51.32±9.06)分、(59.70±15.55)分、(60.56±14.54)分、(48.00±19.05)分、(51.91±19.67)分、(54.43±14.97)分、(46.17±14.19)分和(59.27±28.48)分,总分为(54.01±10.35)分。生命质量低等265人(26.64%),中等445人(44.72%),高等285人(28.64%)。多因素线性回归分析显示,经济条件和癫痫发作频次是其影响因素(β分别为2.105,-1.498,均P<0.05)。结论山东省农村地区癫痫患者总体生命质量处于中下等水平,建议依托农村癫痫防治管理项目开展健康宣传教育活动,提高患者服药依从性,减少癫痫发作,提高生命质量。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of the quality of life(QOL)of patients with epilepsy in rural areas of Shandong province,and provide a basis for formulating policies related to epilepsy patients.Methods From September to October 2019,we used QOLIE 31 to investigate the QOL of patients with epilepsy randomly in rural areas of 8 districts which was carrying out rural epilepsy prevention and management projects in Shandong province.The influencing factors of QOL were analyzed by multi-factor linear regression.Results The scores of life satisfaction,energy and fatigue,emotional health,cognitive function,anxiety attacks,social activities,drug influence and Chinese adjustment were 51.32±9.06 points,59.70±15.55 points,60.56±14.54 points,48.00±19.05 points,51.91±19.67 points,54.43±14.97 points,46.17±14.19 points and 59.27±28.48 points,with a total score of 54.01±10.35 points.265 people0x0E䥺SymbolbB@0x0Fs QOL were low(26.64%),445 people were medium(44.72%),and 285 people were high(28.64%).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that economic conditions and epileptic seizure frequency were the influencing factors(β=2.105,-1.498,P<0.05).Conclusion The overall QOL of epilepsy patients in rural areas of Shandong province is in the middle and lower level.We suggested to carry out health publicity and education activities relying on rural epilepsy prevention and management projects to improve patients'medication compliance,reduce seizures and improve the QOL.
