摘 要:目的探究新疆地区三级医院规范化培训护士职场适应、心理资本的现状以及两者之间的相关性,为使其尽快适应职场、推动规范化培训工作科学发展提供理论参考依据。方法采用电子问卷对463名护士进行调查,运用描述性分析、相关分析及多元线性逐步回归分析等,探索规范化培训护士心理资本与职场适应之间的关系。结果463名规范化培训护士职场适应总得分为(59.42±9.32)分,心理资本量表总均分为(4.71±0.63)分,心理资本及其各维度与职场适应均呈正相关(r=0.337~0.557,P<0.05)。影响规培护士职场适应主要因素为:心理资本、自我效能感、学历、年龄,可解释总变异的28.4%。结论规范化培训护士职场适应有待提高,管理层应多关注年龄较小、学历较低的规培护士的职场适应能力,关注积极心理资本、自我效能感对职场适应的正性作用,增加护理人员职业发展信心,尽快适应职场,为病人提供优质护理服务。Objective To explore the status quo of workplace adaptation and psychological capital of standardized training nurses in tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang,as well as the correlation between them,so as to provide theoretical references for them to adapt to the workplace as soon as possible and promote the scientific development of standar-dized training.Methods An electronic questionnaire was used to investigate 463 nurses.Descriptive analysis,multiple linear stepwise regression analysis and correlation analysis were used to explore the relationship between standar-dized training nurses'psychological capital and workplace adaptation.Results The total score of 463 standardized training nurses for workplace adaptation was(9.42±9.32)points.The higher the education level and the older the age,the better the workplace adaptation.The total average score of psychological capital scale was(.71±0.63)points,psychological capital and its various dimensions were positively correlated with workplace adaptation.The main factors influencing the workplace adaptation were psychological capital,self-efficacy,educational background,and age,which could explain 30.4%of the total variation.Conclusion The workplace adaptability of standardized training nurses needs to be improved.Management should pay more attention to the workplace adaptability of nurses who are younger and less educated,pay attention to the positive effects of positive psychological capital and self-efficacy on workplace adaptation,and increase nurses'confidence in career development'so as to help them adapt to the workplace as soon as possible and provide high-quality nursing services to patients.
