摘　　要：为什么有的新生代创业者能够更好地完成创业行动,而有的却筹备几年时间始终难有进展?立足新企业尚未形成的“新生”阶段,本研究从创业成长期望角度解释创业者完成创业行动的差异表现,引入创业动机水平与创业时间投资,探讨上述关系的边界条件与中间机制。利用中国创业者动态跟踪调查数据(CPSED)进行实证检验,结果显示,在创业过程中,拥有高成长期望的新生代创业者能够完成更多的创业行动;并且创业者的创业动机水平越高,其成长期望对于创业行动完成的促进作用越强;进一步地,新生代创业者的成长期望,经由其对创业过程的时间投资,作用于创业行动的完成。该研究结论有助于揭示新生代创业者对成长的期望如何转变为现实的行动化成长的内在机理,丰富“创业期望-创业行动”的作用机制研究。Why are some nascent entrepreneurs better able to complete their entrepreneurial actions,while others take several years to prepare and never make progress?Based on the'nascent'stage when new ventures are not yet formed,this study explains the variation in the performance of entrepreneurs in completing entrepreneurial actions from the perspective of entrepreneurial growth expectations,and introduces the level of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial time investment to explore the boundary conditions and intermediate mechanisms of these relationships.Using data from the Chinese Panel Study of Entrepreneurial Dynamics(CPSED),an empirical test was conducted.The results show that new entrepreneurs with high growth expectations are able to complete more entrepreneurial actions in the entrepreneurial process;and the higher the level of entrepreneurial motivation,the stronger the contribution of their growth expectations to the completion of entrepreneurial actions;furthermore,the growth expectations of new entrepreneurs,through their time investment in the entrepreneurial process,contribute to the completion of entrepreneurial actions.The findings of this study help to reveal the mechanisms underlying how new entrepreneurs'growth expectations are transformed into realistic action-oriented growth,and enrich the study of the'entrepreneurial expectations-entrepreneurial action'mechanism of action.
